Need IT support?

Managed IT Services

Your IT department, or the half of it you are missing

We run the day-to-day so your team can work on what actually moves the business. Take the whole function, or hand us the parts that keep falling through.

  • Fully managed or co-managed
  • SLA-based response
  • Remote and onsite
  • Single point of accountability

How it fits together

Two ways to work with us, and one standard of service

Most organisations we speak to are in one of two positions. Either there is no internal IT function and everything lands on an operations manager who never signed up for it, or there is a capable internal team that is permanently three projects behind because they spend their week resetting passwords and chasing hardware.

The diagram is illustrative. It shows the shape of the capability rather than any specific customer environment.

Overview

In practice

Fully managed suits the first. We become the IT department: service desk, monitoring, patching, vendor management, asset lifecycle, the lot. Co-managed suits the second. Your team keeps ownership of strategy and the systems they know best, and we absorb the volume work, the after-hours cover, or the specialist skills you cannot justify hiring full time.

Either way you get one contract, one escalation path and one team that already knows your environment when something breaks.

What changes

Outcomes we are measured on

The point of the work, stated as results rather than product names.

01

Fewer repeat incidents

Recurring faults get root-caused rather than closed and forgotten. Ticket trends drive what we fix permanently.

02

Predictable monthly cost

A defined scope and a defined monthly fee. Project work is quoted separately so there are no surprises on the invoice.

03

Coverage that does not depend on one person

Leave, resignations and sick days stop being a business continuity risk.

04

Documented environment

Asset registers, network diagrams, licence positions and runbooks that stay current — and belong to you.

How we deliver

A sequence, because order matters here

Each stage produces something you can review before the next one starts.

Assess

We review what you have, what it costs and where it is failing. You get a written baseline before any contract starts.

Onboard

Documentation, monitoring agents, access, asset capture and escalation paths. Transition is staged so nothing goes dark.

Operate

Daily service delivery against the agreed SLA, with monitoring and preventative maintenance running underneath.

Review

Scheduled service reviews covering ticket trends, risks, capacity and what should change next quarter.

Questions

The things people ask before signing anything

No. Co-managed engagements are built specifically to sit alongside an internal team. In practice we usually take on monitoring, patching, first-line support and after-hours cover, which frees internal staff for project and application work.

Response and restoration targets by severity, agreed with you during onboarding and written into the service schedule. We do not publish generic uptime percentages, because they depend on your infrastructure, connectivity and change discipline as much as on us.

Yes. Multi-site environments are handled through centralised monitoring and remote support, with onsite attendance arranged by region or scheduled as a regular visit.

It is yours. Asset registers, diagrams, credentials and runbooks are handed over at the end of an engagement. We do not treat documentation as a lock-in mechanism.
