Managed IT Services
We run the day-to-day so your team can work on what actually moves the business.
ExploreEnd-User Computing
Devices that arrive configured, get supported quickly, stay secure, and get replaced on a plan rather than when they finally die.
How it fits together
Whatever else IT does, staff form their opinion of it from their own device and how quickly someone helps when it stops working. That makes end-user computing the most visible service you run, and the one most worth standardising.
The diagram is illustrative. It shows the shape of the capability rather than any specific customer environment.
Overview
We handle the whole lifecycle: specification and procurement, zero-touch deployment through Autopilot and Intune, ongoing support, security enforcement, and eventual retirement with data wiped and equipment responsibly disposed of.
Standardising on a small number of models makes support faster, spares simpler and imaging unnecessary. It is unglamorous work that quietly removes a lot of friction.
What changes
The point of the work, stated as results rather than product names.
Devices shipped direct, enrolled automatically and configured on first sign-in without a technician touching them.
Remote support tooling and a standardised build, so most issues are fixed without a site visit.
Encryption, compliance policies and patching applied centrally, including on mobile devices.
Age and warranty tracking so refresh becomes a budget line rather than an emergency purchase.
Capabilities
Capability areas we design, implement and support. Scope for any engagement is agreed and documented in writing.
Getting devices into people's hands.
Keeping them controlled.
Helping people when it goes wrong.
Where a physical device is not the right answer.
How we deliver
Each stage produces something you can review before the next one starts.
Agree device standards, a base image or Autopilot profile, and an application set per user role.
Bring existing devices under management and configure new procurement to deploy automatically.
Service desk cover with remote-first resolution and onsite attendance where required.
Age and warranty reporting feeding an annual replacement plan, with secure wipe and disposal at end of life.
Questions
Yes. macOS and iOS devices are managed through the same endpoint management platform, with policies appropriate to each. Android is supported for mobile scenarios.
No. We can procure on your behalf, or work entirely with hardware you buy directly. Where we procure, we handle warranty registration and enrolment so devices arrive ready to deploy.
Offboarding covers account disablement, device wipe or reassignment, licence reclamation and asset register update. It is a defined process, not an ad hoc favour.
Where the business wants to allow it, yes, with policies that separate corporate data from personal data. We will set out the security trade-offs so it is a deliberate decision.
