Our commitment

This website has been built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility was treated as a build requirement rather than a later addition.

What has been implemented

Semantic HTML structure with a single main landmark, correct heading order and labelled navigation regions. A skip link to the main content is the first focusable element on every page.

Full keyboard operability, including the mega menu, mobile navigation drawer and accordions, with visible focus indicators throughout and Escape key support for closing overlays.

Colour contrast ratios meeting AA thresholds for body and interface text, form fields with associated labels, error messages announced to assistive technology, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers while informative graphics carry text alternatives.

Motion is reduced or removed for visitors whose systems request reduced motion, and no content auto-plays, flashes or moves without user action.

Known limitations

Testing to date has been code-level and keyboard-based. A full audit with assistive technology across screen readers and mobile platforms has not yet been carried out. To confirm: commission an independent accessibility audit before or shortly after launch.
