Define IT is not a licensed telecommunications operator and does not own network infrastructure. What we do is design the connectivity architecture, specify what each site needs, procure services through approved telecommunications and connectivity partners, and manage the result as part of your environment.

That distinction matters commercially. It means we are not defending a particular network's coverage or contract — we specify what fits the site, and we escalate on your behalf when a provider is not delivering.

For most organisations the value is in the design and the management: getting the right link type per site, adding failover where downtime is genuinely expensive, and having a single party who owns the problem when a branch drops.

No. Define IT does not hold a telecommunications licence and does not own network infrastructure. We design and manage connectivity, and we procure the underlying services through approved telecommunications and connectivity partners.

Yes. We review existing contracts, capacity and performance, and manage the services in place. Where a contract is poor value we will say so and set out the options at renewal.

It depends on the secondary link type and how automatic you need the cutover to be. LTE or 5G failover is generally the most economical option for smaller sites; a second fibre path on a different provider is more expensive and more resilient.

Yes, including private APN designs for point-of-sale, telemetry and fleet devices that need controlled access back into your environment.
