Our People

The people behind the service

Engagements are delivered by named people with defined responsibilities, not by an anonymous queue.

Leadership & delivery

How the team is organised

Define IT is structured around delivery areas rather than job titles. Each client engagement has a named owner in service delivery, with specialists drawn from the relevant practice.

To confirmThe cards below are structural placeholders. Individual names, roles, photographs and biographies are not published on the current Define IT website, and we have not invented them. Replace each card with real people before this page goes live — or remove the page from the navigation until it can be populated.

Continuity

Named owners, shared knowledge

Every managed client has a named service owner who runs the relationship, chairs service reviews and owns escalations. Behind that person, the environment is documented and shared across the team.

That combination is deliberate. A single named contact makes the relationship personal; shared documentation makes sure leave, resignation or illness does not become your problem.

Next step

Let's define what your technology should be doing.

Tell us what is not working, what is coming up, or what you are being asked to deliver. We will come back with a considered view — not a generic proposal.
